In 2023, we will look to our favorite fashion magazines and trusted social media icons to divulge predictions of the “State in Fashion”— news about designers and runway trends that must be seen / utilized in the current year. Afterall, the magazines and fashion advisors have the inside scope about what’s in and what’s out. Right?

There has been this unspoken longing for relatability among fashion’s upper echelon and local icons, over the past few years. The advice that these groups of socialites provide to their following is objective, more of simply laying down fashion facts but not necessarily sharing the fashion hacks of how to put together stylish looks. It can be difficult to discern how to transition trends from the runway to creatively, well put together functioning outfits for every occasion. If all of this sounds familiar, this is a great realization that will guide how you perceive fashion in the year ahead.

As a Fashion Stylist and Journalist, my hope is that KSTBYKSYMONE is a source of inspiration for all of your fashion desires through shared knowledge of “how-to-wear” tutorials featuring clothing x accessories, interviews with rising icons in the industry, and head-to-toe looks for all body types. This should be a shared space to invest in physical appearance, a space dedicated to marrying elements of upper echelon and local fashion influencers. This space is created with you, the fashion lover, in mind.
